[PS4] Deathslinger with Monitor & Abuse

Due to the way that the new terror radiuses (TR) work, and the normally small TR of the Deathslinger, when he is not in a chase and is running Monitor and Abuse, his TR is ~8-10m, and not the 16m that it should be. You will hear the shot from his harpoon gun BEFORE you will hear his TR, every single time. These are not 18m GOD shots either, these are shots taken from ~8-10m away.
