Huntress exhaustion add-ons doesn't work

Huntress exhaustion add-ons doesn't induce exhaustion as they should. The survivors confirmed that they did not get the exhausted symbol in addition to the fact that they could use their exhaustion perks. Tried with Venomous Concoction and Berus Toxin.
