One of my favorite black and white monster movies of all time. Extraterestrials decend on a resort in the swiss alps. Hidden by a fog of their own atmosphere that they project around themselves, they brutally kill anyone who gets too close to them.

They have psychic powers and can control people. They are also basically giant eyeballs with tentacles. So here is my idea.

Killer - The Eye

Height - Medium

TR - 32 meters

Speed - 110% (floats like nurse)

Weapon - Tentacle (whip)


Power

The Eye can not exist in normal atmosphere. As such it creates a fog around itself capable of sustaining itself. The fog muffles sounds and at 16 meters the heartbeat is silent. Instead the density of the fog increases the closer it gets to the Eye.

Mind Control - Whenever the Eye hits a survivor with a basic attack that survivor gains a token. The Eye can channel it's ability and any survivor with a token becomes dazed. The next action they would perform is automatically failed and the survivor is stunned for 1.5 seconds. 1 token per survivor. They lose any tokens when hooked.

Extra range attacks - The Eye can't lunge, however holding the attack button charges the tentacle which can attack straight ahead up to 4 meters.


Perks

Ice Cold - Your oppressive evil fills survivors with an icy dread. Every second a survivor spends in your terror radius decreases skill check success areas by 1/2/3% up to a maximum on 10/20/30%. This effect persists for 30 seconds after leaving the terror radius

Otherworldly Menace - You're being itself is unnatural. As such you are an enigma to survivors. Every second spent in a chase increases the width of your red stain up to a maximum of 180/250/360 degrees. When the chase ends the perk goes on cool down for 60 seconds.

Hex: Hate - You become obsessed with a survivor. While this perk is active, while in a chase with your obsession, you achieve bloodlust 30/40/50% quicker and chases take 2 seconds longer to end.
