I would wish for several characters... 

a Mummy, ability: curse of the pharaohs some toxic that inflicts chests, you turn chest and cubboards into traps... 

also you can slow enemies in a certain area

    A mummy that leaves bandages while running and if survivors walk over them again they will get stuck with their foot and fall.
    That could be indeed a viable killer again

    Next possibility: a little girl. A creepy little girl with knifes or needles... 3 sisters, all same style... all on one map, you always can play one of them and can change from girl to girl. The two which are not controlled are just walking around so the survivors can’t easily say which is controlled . 

    Perks could identify survivors in a 16 meter radius to not controlled girls
