Doctor bug in a pallet

I was playing a public game, i threw the pallet and he buged.
Finally he can unbug picket me when I pass on the pallet

I destroyed a dropped pallet in the hawkins lab and I was somehow trapped inside or around the destroyed pallet. not sure if it was because I was using the doctor and was able to see illusionary pallets or not.
