Feng Min Lunar head cosmetic does not have lipstick

Desc: When the Lunar Feng Min head piece is equipped it's missing it's lipstick (unlike the actual photo)
Steps:
Equip the Head Cosmetic, either in-store or buy it yourself.
Occurrence: Always
