Recently I found out that these two addons (pictures down below) don't work for some reasons. I have no idea when it started, but i believe and hope it will be fixed soon. I tested it in public and in private matches, so I'm 100% sure something is not right with them.

In terms of glowing concoction, the survivor could've had Distortion which hides your aura from every killer perk or add-on.
Not sure about exhaustion though.

I wish, but as I said everything was checked, so it just doesn't work. My friend in private match was without any perks.
