Just tried to play dead by daylight on my PC. I had Chrome and Discord open as I was doing so. Suddenly my game crashed just as the Easy Anti-Cheat load in started and Dead by Daylight became uninstalled when my computer rebooted. Not sure if this was DbD's fault or not but I felt it was worth posting here.
