Consistently 50 - 80. Whenever i check in game it says 63-68

This isn’t oni’s problem this is latency and animation problems.

Wasn't the latency explanation that, due to desync, the killer sees the survivor closer than they are and the dedi hit doesn't look like it connected on the survivor's screen, but it does on the killer's screen?
Ok for the animation part, but latency doesn't compute with the version we've been given, at least as far as this video is concerned.
