Getting stuck as legion

So,it was my first time playing as legion,I used my feral frenzy to hit survivors that were nearby (I was playing on the temple of purgation btw) after hitting someone with the feral frenzy(I was like next to the wall) My feral frenzy ended and I was blocked into the wall,The survivors came to me and helped me get some points,but yeah it was kinda sad.
