Survivor got stuck on killer's shoulder while exiting a locker

Throughout the match 2 abnormal things happen :

1: At 5:30 I was going after Meg and she went for a locker, i swung at the locker, she dodged and after she came out of the locker again i spammed click in order to grab her and after grabbing her i noticed the locker animation was looking weird. At this point i didn't notice the bug, as soon as i tried to place Meg on the hook i knew something was off. Rest of the gameplay shows me and the other survivors trying to fix the issue, we tried everything, pallet drop, flashlight, trying to perfom other kind of interaction such as kicking gens, picking up another survivor, looking in lookers, trying to drop Meg off my shoulder, nothing worked. And this leads to the second bug that i noticed while editing the video (i didnt notice it while playing).

2: Starting at 10:43 i decided to try and open the end gate to see if that would fix it. I hit the survivor that was opening the gate and i notice that she didnt scream at all the first time, the second time she did. At 10:54 you can hear someone scream again although i didnt hit anyone. At 11:34 you can see they are trying to heal someone, i couldn't see anyone there but they were the healing the Meg that i was carrying (you can see the player "Chewbacca" was healed). Also at 11:41 you can see a hand on the right side of the gate (maybe the Meg?). After this you can see that the Meg left the trial at 12:18, but it still showed that i was carrying a survivor.

I can't replicate it anytime soon because no friends are on dbd.

It's the first time that i occured this bug (one player in end game screen said that he has seen this twice months ago)
