Glitch/Bug where you get hooked but can’t be saved and you’re not on a hook

Description: I was getting chased as Nea and got downed outside of the basement in Haddonfield. He hooked me in the basement but somehow my character was stuck on a imaginary hook upstairs near the front door. A teammate tried to save me but it would only make her vault until I was finally forced to die on second hook.
Steps: A teammate tried to press RB to pick me up but it would only make him vault. The killer tried hitting me but to no avail, I was still stuck.
How often: I’ve been getting bad glitches all week or so since the last patch update.
