Killer got stuck on top of Pallet after dropping it on him

I was on the Map Temple of Purgation, playing as The Survivor Kate and was injured, a Legion was chasing after me and he took a swing at me as I dropped a pallet on him, he gets the hit on me but I get the pallet drop on him at the same time, The Legion ends up glitching out some how and is stuck above the pallet unable to move as shown below, after a few minutes The Legion quits the game, whatever I did was not intentional and I'm not sure if I could replicate this
This happened once around the time of 11:30 AM EST 5/7/2020
