Reworking not so good perks
Buckle Up: Whenever a generator gets finished and someone is on the hook, the hook bleeding speed stops for 9/10/11 seconds.
Or if that’s to OP
Buckle Up:Whenever A generator is finished and someone is downed, the downed person automatically gets one health state healed for 14/15/16seconds until they go down again. You cannot heal or mend during this time. If the killer hits you while in this state you go down. (Basically a unmendable state).
Wake up: You can earn up to 2/3/4 stacks. Whenever a survivor gets put into the struggle state on the hook, including yourself, you get a stack. 1 stack=15% exit gate opening speed. 2 stacks= 30% exit gate opening speed. 3 stacks=45% exit opening speed. 4 stacks= 60% exit gate opening speed. You can see the exit gates within a 102 meter distance.
Solidarity: Boost it up to 25%/50%/75%
Hope: You gain 7% haste for 50/100/150 seconds when the exit gates are activated. Whenever the exit gates are active and you stun the killer the stun lasts 1 more second.
Babysitter: Whenever you save someone from the hook the saved person has no scratch marks for 10/15/20 seconds. After you save someone your perks have no use for 10/15/20 seconds.
Thats all I have for now. Probably missed some, but I wanted to get my ideas out there.

Buckle Up: The first idea is alright, but really situational and encourages people to focus on generators instead of their friends. The second makes no sense at all, as well as being broken as heck. Again, it throws altruism out the window, but it also gives everybody on your team Adrenaline, but it activates after a generator is done. Long story short, it’s broken.
Wake Up!: I can tell that you didn’t do the math here, just saying. 90% of your games have Killers hook everyone at least once, so you’ll ALWAYS get all four stacks. Also, 60% means that you open gates in 8 seconds.
Solidarity: Even then, 75%, while being much more of a time-saver, still doesn’t make it very viable. This perk needs a rework.
Hope: If you’re running Hope as it is now, you are not throwing down pallets unless the Killer has NOED or something. I don’t think you know how powerful this perk really is. People just don’t use it because of how situational it is. Watch a video or two about it and see.
Babysitter: The first half is good, but I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of giving this perk a hefty drawback is for.
