Bugged Sabo Speed Increase.

Description: When sabotaging a hook with a box that has a speed increase (or using a perk that speeds it up) the bar will be white and you won't get the faster sabo. This happens with Alex's and the Yellow toolboxes, even if you use addons; what's worse is that this effect also applies to Spine Chill and Resilience. It seems to happen at random, as there are times where the toolboxes work correctly, but they bug out like this commonly.
Steps to reproduce: Use any of the quicker Sabo options that you have and repeatedly break a hook, there will be instances where you don't Sabo quickly.
How Often: Sporadically and seemingly and random.
