3 killer and my p3 survivor were taken from me

I posted this to technical issues and didn't get very far so here I am.
I have every dlc in the game, but for some reason
today, some of my unlocked characters were taken and locked again. I have a P3 Quentin Smith with every teachable on him maxed as I main him and I went to go play him and he's locked. When I go to the store itself it says to buy him again but still shows he's still a prestige 3. I then went to my killers to see if any killers of mine were also locked. And 3 of them were. Freddy was locked, Deathslinger (even tho I still have Zarina) and I'm also missing Bubba. Please help..
