Survivor never dies on hook, game never ends. (PC)
Hooking a survivor has a chance to break the game where they get stuck on whatever phase of the hook they were on, killer is slowed down and cannot perform any other actions such as open lockers, vault, break pallets etc. apart from attacking. Killers abilities are fixed when downing another survivor and picking them up.
Survivor never dies, even after endgame collapse, and either they dc or the killer dc's.

In the first video I never down another survivor so i cant close hatch to start the endgame collapse, in the second video I managed to down another survivor and retain my abilities.
Occurs once every 10-20 games, more so on wraith.
Cannot be reproduced, seems to be a problem with the server thinking the killer is still carrying the survivor, as the bugged survivor is stuck in a 3rd person perspective on the killer for the rest of the game until the killer disconnects.
