Me and two friends did some custom game and found this glitch

Me and two other friends decided to mess around in custom game the killer hits down the survivor and picks him up and puts him down (mostly to toy with him) and thats when that happend he was stuck under the map we tried everything to replicate it and everything to get him out but in the end we needed to leave the match to get him out, has anyone experienced this cuz i honestly never seen this until now never the less it was funny as hell when it happend

Me and a few friends actually found a bug in The Game map kinda like yours but they were stuck by the tube you drop down after climbing the stairs.. lol
