Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, break a pallet or wall with your chainsaw.
Step 4 : Notice the chainsaw part of the tantrum audio plays indefinitely.
Step 5 : Rev the chainsaw to make it stop.

- Has happened every time for me, consistently.
