Matchmaking idea
Recently, I have been playing killer and as soon as I hit about rank 13-12 there are usually two red rank and 2 purple rank survivors facing me. The odds aren't exactly in my favor when I'm facing experienced players who constantly play and know what they're doing. You can say "rank doesn't mean anything" but a rank 18 killer/survivor is not the same as a rank 1.
What if devs made an option for matchmaking? Quick match which would be you get a match within 1-3 minutes but you could face anyone kind of the way it is now. Or the second option would be regular matchingmaking where you only face people in your rank color but it takes a lot longer.
Example: if you're red rank you only face red rank, if you're yellow rank you only face yellow ranks.
Thoughts?

You'd hate it immediately because of how long it would take you to queue. You could queue for 20 mins or even longer depending on ur rank just to have a boring game/someone dc while loading and having to repeat the process all over again.

While I understand that and I remember having to wait forever. But also going in to every match and just being completely dominated isn't fair. That's why I thought options would be better. And if they can't find a match right away it could try to find someone within a one color difference. Matchmaking has always been that one issue that doesn't have a clear answer.
