PC - Bug on rift mission - Close Bonds

Playing with Jane Romero on Rancid Abattoir versus a Deathslinger with one friend on team. It gave me the mission achievement even though i didn't survive like it states on the description.
Context:
Was hooked in basement with just me and my friend left, both of us knew where the hatch was so i stopped struggling to give her hatch (killer was camping and tunneling all game so don't blame me on this), she escaped through hatch as i died and when we went to endgame results it awarded me the mission as seen in picture.
