Description and how to reproduce (if possible): As the killer, I hit a survivor on the staircase leading to Eleven's Room (the staircase NOT attached to where the basement can spawn). The survivor fell through the map and had to bleed out.
How often does this occur: Couldn't tell you.. first time for me.
