Getting stuck and can’t move

Some time i get stuck as a survivor and killer and can’t move at all i hope this problem gets fixed because i was made fun of when i was a killer and was stuck the whole game and the survivors escaped and I failed miserably.

    Omg me too!!! It has happened to me non-stop for the past week I was about to just give up on the game. I thought it was my wifi (it's trash) and it happens out of nowhere. I only play as killer and it's embarrassing cause like I'll get stuck in a locker ( I play as huntress) or like in the middle of the map. Today someone threw a pallette on me and I was stuck there. Forever, It also doesn't help that the survivors dont get out! Like I don't want to DC cause I don't want to look like a dick but Like y'all see I can't ######### move just get out of my house. I play on ps4 hope they fix this
