Cannot pick up survivor from under the hook (video included)

• Description of the issue:
I was not able to pick up a survivor that was downed directly under the hook
• Steps to reproduce (if possible):
watch the video please for a better idea on what happened
• How often does this occur:
This is the second time that has happened
I am not able to attach the logs because they are over 50MB and this forums is preventing me from uploading anything larger than 50MB
