Away from keyboard. Meaning the killer was just standing still all game.
Also I just noticed, why are there rank 2 survivors using urban evasion and self care in 2020? That's the most shocking thing about this image.

Regardless of why the points are so low - the matchmaking is still horrendous.

i did about 2 and a half gens opened the door and left, dont know what the killer was doing as i never seen him/her. but yeah the match making is bad

i also use urban evasion because i like to play stealthy.

You don't need to use urban evasion to be stealthy, if you prefer to play a stealthy watch Painreliever. He has a stealthy play style yet plays quite optimal.
A good stealth build would be bond, sprint burst, iron will, and spine chill.
However, in my opinion you don't need to play stealthy in DBD. If you aren't being chased work on a generator, and whilst you're working on the generator have a planned chase route in mind in case the killer decides to disrupt your gen progress.
EDIT:
Considering you had the most amount of points, it's most likely the killer was away from their keyboard/controller. Also what you have in mind is that it's approaching rank reset, and that killer is rank 12. A lot of killers intentionally AFK to derank so that they get reset further back.

I am almost always the one who does the most gens. I just like to play with urban evasion.

Trust me there's better worthwhile perks to use. Urban evasion was an alright perk to use in 2018 but not now.
I find being chased by a rank 1 killer the most exciting thing about playing survivor but that's just me.

Killer was obviously afk. Even if a killer gets totally destroyed, looped for 5 gens and ends up with no hooks at all they will still typically get around 6k bloodpoints. 1k is obviously the result of an afk player.
Besides I don't see much of an issue. No decisive but 3 Urbans means there was no legit red rank survivor anyways.
