Survivor Cannot See Entity Blocking Window After 3 Vaults

• Platform: PS4
• Description of the issue: Cannot see entity blocking the window after 3 consecutive vaults. This is persistent. Haven't seen the entity block a window (unless it's Bamboozle) in days. The window is still blocked for the survivor, but you cannot see it.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): Just vault a window 3 times!
• How often does this occur: Incessant
