Blocked window bug?

Hey, when a survivor vaults a window 3 times, the entity will block it and some black things will appear on the window, since the last update i'm not able to see those things and i don't know if a window is blocked or not, so many times i ran at a window and i couldn't vault it. Same with bamboozle, when killers with bamboozle vault a window, the window gets blocked but it won't show me the blocked animation
