Stuck in Pallet

I have gotten stuck inside the pallet as the killer several times now. Twice as ghost face and once as the doctor. All three times I was picking someone up inside the pallet area, and someone dropped it on my head. Survivor gets off as expected but then the pallet surrounds my body and I cannot move. Happened once as the nurse as well after a blink, but I was stuck next to one of the edges not in the middle. I was still stuck in the pallet but it let me break it so I was able to get out. Only way to get out is if a survivor slow vaults the pallet and you grab them, this sucks you out of the pallet.
