Blinking on Father Campbell's chapel not working

When trying to blink in main building on Father Campbell's chapel it will either not move you at all or teleport you directly to the basement even when looking up or fully charging the blink.
1. Launch the game
2. Start a match on Crotus Prenn Asylum Father Campbell's chapel with Nurse
3. Attempt to blink while in main building (The chapel)
It happens with every attempt to blink
