PC - Survivor Stuck In Place After Vaulting Pallet/Demogorgon Pallet Interaction

Just recently played a match as survivor vs the Demogorgon. I vaulted a pallet that was already thrown down, and the Demogorgon lunged at me during the vault. The pallet broke from the lunge at what seemed to be after my vault animation had finished, but I was completely unable to move, stuck in place with nothing around. I couldn't move even after being hit to injured, and still couldn't after being downed. The Demogorgon picked me up and put me back down a few meters away, and then I could move again. I would guess that the actions overlapped just barely, so that the Demogorgon interaction took place in the last few moments of my vault animation.
