Vaults not working again?

so i have played plague, trapper and oni recently and in temple of purgation map ghere is a vault in the temple amd if you try to vault as killer something happens and the animation plays but you dont really vault it. And in ironworks of misery when you carry a survivor to the basement you sometimes get suck trying to go down to the basement. Has this happened to anyone else or just me? I know stuff like this happened before in the gas station but those got fixed so has anyone else had these issues?
