Stuck in wall after being hooked - Leyrs Memorial

Upon playing against the pig on this map; I encountered a strange bug that instead of putting me on a hook like normal, threw me into the side wall of the map, leaving me unable to do anything. I was able to be hit by the killer however they did not hit me into the dying state and so I was left for my head to pop in the wall. I had been noticing on every map, quite frequently, your body would be displaced away from the actual hook location when hooked but never anything like this. Another survivor was able to pull me off the hook ( but actually I just saw him motioning a ghost on the hook as I was in the wall), this did not solve the issue.
