Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor in the basement above a dying survivor (this part is assumed)
Step 4 : Notice how the dying survivor gets stuck even after an unhook

- thanataphobia, pop goes the weasel, agitation, and mad grit
- Suffocation pit
- Only happend to me once
Unfortunately i didn't get the moment it happend on video but i have some of the aftermath of what the glitch does
