FPS drops around 10 when I move the camera (steam)

I was able to play perfectly at 60 fps on ultra quality and 100% resolution (probably before 3.6.1 patch), but now I can play at 60 fps just at the beginning of the match, after 1 or 2 minutes playing my fps go down, but only when I'm moving the camera (for example, to make a turn or just to look around), but fps keeps relatively stable if I just run forward. It means that persecutions become so hard cuz when I'm turning right or left my fps drops around 10, but if I run without moving the camera my fps keeps almost normal. It happens to me intermittently, I can play 1 or 2 minutes perfectly but then I can't play correctly because fps drops when I move the camera to make a turn. I've already tried verifying integrity of game files, updating GPU drivers, doing a clean GPU driver installation, updating windows 10 to latest version, even scanning with antivirus, disabling v-sync and nothing worked. I've also tried playing on low graphics (even 0% resolution) but there's no difference, the problem persists the same way.

My PC specs:

Acer Predator Helios 300 CPU-i7-8750H GPU-GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 RAM-8GB Display-FHD 144Hz HDD-1TB OS-W10.
