Game Crashed
Hello, so i was playing a normal match(I’m close to rank 2), at the end i escaped and then my game crashed. After i restarted it, my game showed that now i’m rank 7 + i Lost my item. I think they did a pretty good job so far.

The first of those item threads has been marked as acknowledged which means the devs know about it and are working on it, but if this is the same issue you had there's no harm in upvoting one or both of those threads and/or adding a comment to explain your experience. The more information they have, the easier it will be to fix.

Rank reset was today, so if your rank changed that much it was probably because that was the first time you've restarted the game since the reset hit.
As for the item, you shouldn't be losing items if you escaped and reached the tally screen before the game crashed. It's not possible to reimburse the item or anything like that, so all I can suggest is that you report it as a bug here on the forums: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs

Nooo it’s not the rank reset. I didn’t played dbd for a month and then yesterday was my first game, i have got the notification that my rank was reseted (from 1 to 4) but then after my game crashed, it reseted twice. And i can remebered i escaped and technically won. I have ps4 and when my game crash is only dbd.

That's probably a good idea. I would report both the item loss and the rank reset issue, but make a separate thread for each one. Also, use the search function to check if anyone else has already reported the same bug, so as to avoid making a duplicate thread. If you find that someone else has reported it, you can just upvote their thread and if you want to, add a comment describing your experience.
