    I think so. Doc isn't really in need of stealth to begin with, so the larger terror radius can only work to his advantage. Plus, it gives bonus Deviousness bloodpoints, which is the category that he already excels in the most.

    Absolutely. It's one of the most powerful perks to run on him, especially now that they introduced Static Blast.
