Which are more smoother for you, Killer or Survivor challenges?

I find my Killer challenges are alot more easier/smoother than my Survivor ones. I just feel I can steer into the direction I want my games to go in order to succeed in completing my challeneges. How about you guys?

Ehhh, hard to say.
I think it depends more on the specific challenge that which side the challenge is on.

Killer.
As survivor, i have to rely on my teammates for certain challenges, which can be pretty hard if you're not SWF.

You mean in this rift or even the past ones?
In this one I always managed to get the killer challenges in the least amount of matches I could (e.g. "Break 20 pallets" done in 2 games), while for some survivor challenge I had to play a bit more (maybe like 1 game more than I was expecting).
Most probably it's because as a killer, if I want to complete a challenge quickly I always find a way of convincing one or two survivors to "cooperate". Good luck in doing the same thing when you play survivor 😂
For the past rift maybe I had a bit more difficulties for the killer challenges when we had the "Sacrifice 2 survivors once the ECG started" challenge but nothing desperate.

I personally don't do challenges that much, since they're stressful, but if I were to choose, I'd say survivor challenges are easier.

I prefer the killer ones, but that is because I am more skilled at killer than survivor.

Killer easily
The Survivor challenges generally require other people's participation to do where killer challenges are just on you.
I finished the Killer side way before the survivor side as I've basically just been stuck on "stun killer with pallet" for days now. I have to get the killer to chase me, find pallets, get in a situation where I can drop it on the killer, hope the killer doesn't stutter step to dodge it; not even accounting for X factors like pallets already being used up and placements on the map...
And there are multiple survivor challenges of that nature where you have only some control when doing the challenges.

Definitely the killer ones.

Killer for sure.
Survivor ones rely on chance so many times. Killer can be influenced by your own skill and loadouts so much more...

The killer ones definitely breeze by for me. They're usually stuff that you have to do anyway, like break pallets. Even something like kicking generators -- which I don't do very often -- is easy enough to do as you go.
Meanwhile for survivor, I try my best not to use pallets, so when I get a challenge that asks me to stun the killer X time, that takes me ages because I just don't use pallets often in the first place. Now I've gotta' get in the habit of not only using pallets again, but also getting stuns with them. That, or the challenges that require things like unhooks or totem cleansing where you're somewhat competing with the other survivors, which can make them more difficult to do.

This^.

Killer for sure, I only play solo queue survivor at this point, so some of the unhook challenges come down to chance.

It depends, I find some of the Huntress challenges tough, probably I suck as her, it just really depends.

*Hit 12 Survivors* vs. *Rely on monkey teammates*

On average I'd say killer challenges.
I'm the one who dictates what I'm focusing for my gameplay as a killer. If I am doing a survivor challenge I have the potential of having 3 other people "fighting me" for their challenge. If we all need 3 unhooks in a match then it becomes a battle between us. For this reason I often hold off on survivor challenges until a little into the rift.

This. Entirely this, 100%

The funniest thing about killer challenges is when you're playing some killer that you rarely play, have no perks, and really are just goofing around trying to get a challenge done...and there's always that ONE survivor that you can tell is starting to think they're hot stuff because you're not really pressuring them hard.
Then you get serious for a second and slap their cocky selves down and let them be the one death that happens all game.

I don't enjoy playing survivor at all so I've never fully completed any of the archives.
The killer challenges do happen naturally so they're really not that big of a deal currently.

Killer easily.
Most of it is stuff you just do normally (hit Survivors with charged Hatchets, chase Survivors, etc.), but even if it's stuff that I wouldn't do usually (make Survivors scream, kick gens, etc.) it's just an excuse to play a certain Killer or with a different build for a game or two.
As Survivor though, a lot of the challenges use up resources: so you're competing with the other 3 Survivors to get them done in addition to hoping the Killer plays in a way that will let you make any progress. Good luck stunning the Killer while he chases Ace, and only Ace, for 2 years.

I do things on the killer side. Both of my tome blitz paths are killer despite having a P3 survivor with all perks. You just have more control as killer (which I guess is the point).
I just don't enjoy unhooking quests. There may be games where nobody gets hooked at all, or you may not be the first one there. On top of that I do borrowed time saves sure but I'm a gen jockey at heart. I'm only adequate at loops and give me enough time and I'll find a dead zone guaranteed.
Killer is just like I press mouse 1 and person falls over. Grats!

Funny thing is that I find the Survivor ones easier to do largely, outside of some perk challenges or some Master challenges. Killer ones I can consistently get done, but they take longer and some of their Master challenges are WAY harder. "2 Kills in ECG with NoED" comes to mind because the game either A) Doesn't get anywhere NEAR that point and B) I absolutely despise the perk and refuse to use it. Same with 2 Kills in ECG challenge, because I never get there and if I do, then everyone's already going to escape.
I haven't attempted the Unrelenting one because I have better perks, and I cannot justify putting it into any of my current killer builds, haven't done half the Spirit ones because going back to Spirit after playing way more 115 killers takes me a few games to get used to again, no Huntress because console and aiming........
While I do hate that a lot of the Master challenges rely on teammates and their performance, some of them are also just brutal to get. Sometimes I contribute to the gen-rush issue, because I hear 2 gens pop together, a third one goes quickly as I'm still cleansing a second totem and go "DAMN IT! Now I have to do some generators for Lightbringer!" so there's no chance that I'll get the 4 Gens with Dark Sense challenge outside of the dreaded 4-man SWF. I also don't camp, but I'm also not the type of killer who runs into the opposite corner, and I do get moving to find other survivors so ones like "4 Kills in the Basement" Master are going to be a coordinated farm game that leads into the survivors graciously giving me their lives in exchange.
So yeah, I tend to clear through Survivor challenges easier than Killer, but I get the basic Killer challenges done faster per challenge. Knock down 10 survivors? Easy. I normally do about 15 in a match. Escape 4 times? Doable in a night, but depends on a lot more factors.

Trying to get 6 pallet stuns all night but every killer respects so hard they practically salute the pallet from 5 meters away.
Killer challenges were a breeze.

Killer challenges are almost too easy, meanwhile with survivors it's hard to rely on others

Omg, this. It took a while for me to actually get stuns. Every Killer respects pallets atm.

Believe it or not I find survivor a lot easier. I don't know why but all my killer challenges seem to take multiple games to get where as survivor challenges I can typically get in one game regardless. Only thing annoying about survivor challenges is the pallets (as I like to conserve them) and the unhooks (only the master challenges because with the ranking system the way it is, high rank survivors will get put against low rank killers and typically the killer will never get more than one hook and that is assuming someone messes up a loop and they get a hook at all).

Usually killer. Barring ones that are for killers I'm not skilled with (lmao @ my huntress attempts), they mainly rely on myself and how I feel like playing. Even if they take a few games, they don't feel like they take as long, though that could also be due to shorter queues.
For survivor challenges, there are three other people, and like someone earlier mentioned, if you're not in SWF and coordinating challenges, it can be hard. Takes me FOREVER to do unhook challenges in solo queue because I usually end up being the distraction or I'm the person on the hook (or in one of my games today, no one even got hooked). Just feels like there's more affecting getting the challenge done than with killer challenges.

Killer. No one wants to clear survivor challenge like drop pallet to stun killer, but they reduce amount of pallet in the map.
I will prefer destroy pallet and make survivor scream.

Killer challenges are so much easier for me. I usually get most of them done within a few matches or even one.
Survivor ones can take a very long time and depend on your team to mess up. Not only that they can take even longer than a few matches. The long survivor queues do not help the case.
