Leader of the Pack challenge
Please forgive me if this topic has already been answered. I searched but didn't find a thread touching on this subject.
My question concerning this challenge is whether the perk, Leader, must be activated to receive credit for completion. Or can I complete cooperative actions on a generator while only adding the perk to my build. (Leader doesn't activate when doing gens, right)?
It just seems 60 seconds is an awfully long time to complete the challenge in a single trial if Leader has to be activated.

Leader will be active if you do any sort of cooperative action. Even if they're not getting a action speed boost, them just being in range means that it's active, as they'll be receiving the benefits.
Though to answer the question, no, they don't have to be using the bonus for it to count. Generators will work just fine, that's how I got mine.

You just need the perk in your build and complete 60 seconds of any cooperative actions. I suggest you use bond as well to find teammates more easily. Source: I got the challenge doing gens.

Thanks for asking this question. I've had more difficulty completing this one than expected (working on gens with others, generally). One game I nearly got three full gens and it didn't happen, but I'm hopeful that I'll finish it soon. Any tips?

It seems everytime I try to complete it, the killer is chasing me the entire trial. 😋

Just got out of a match where I feel like I should've gotten it, between gens and healing teammates, but I wasn't credited. There was another Dwight also running leader, would this affect the challenge at all?

For what it's worth, I thought I completed it several times yesterday- but I just couldn't. Then today I login and its somehow complete.

Got it first try by doubling up on generators. A lot of the perk challenges don’t usually depend on the window that the perk is useful but just having the perk attached.

Pretty sure perk challenges in general don't require a perk to be active, just in your loadout. Unless the description is specific, of course.

I run better together whenever I need cooperation stuff. Attracts other survivors to your gen like moths.

Is it bugged atm for ps4? I've maxed out objective and altruism working with others for multiple matches but still haven't got this challenge to complete.

I thought for the longest time it was going to be a pain since I thought it had to give the speed boost which doesn't apply to the generators anymore but realized after I ended up getting it that I just had to have it in the build while I coop completed one to two gens lol
