Why so much salt?
So I was playing Nurse and the way I play her, I either completely dominate the entire game or I end up getting most of my hooks at the end and at least one kill because im camping for the last kill. So I loaded into a game where it instantly went wrong horribly. Easy first down, but I got flashlighted (I saw the lights, brought in Franklins, still saw the Steve with the light when I picked up, I'm blind) and I kind of ended up not getting a down until 2 gens done and a hook literally 3 seconds later with both gens finished. Now this is just the community (from reddit at least) speaking, but a lot of people agree its ok to camp if the game hasn't been going great and no kills. So I camped Jake. Downed Yui, Jake died, so on and so on until Steve left with nothing and David died. The way they played I ended up getting a 3k (camping when at least 1 survivor was constantly around me, even more justified). Now I want to clarify I play on Xbox, where you go out of your way to call other players #########/be a decent person. And I kid you not, not 1, not 2, not even 3, but all 4 messaged me calling me a camper. I just replied casually because I wanted to get into a next game. Coldwind farm as Nurse. Same exact scenario, I didn't get a hook until last gen popped, but Kate was in the basement. Basically nobody left, I played completely fair (camping when someone's around) and yet I still get called a camper.
And so I just want to kind of know, why is there so much salt in this game, compared to Friday or any assymetrical game? Also any stories for stupid salt because im bored?

Easy answer, survivors expect a 4 man escape every game, because they've gotten used to it. When you don't play according to their rules, which all but guarantee a 4 man escape, they get salty.
Play how you want to play and ignore them.

its a matter of psychology; survs got frustrated cuz they cannot fight back (only head on and DS) the killer, so they express violence by any means
DBD would be way more fun if survs had more perks and items to fight back to address frustration

And here I thought people wanted high blood pressure

While camping is a boring strategy, it's sometimes needed. Like in your match, they rewarded you for playing that way and if they stayed near the hook you had 0 reason to leave.
For your questions:
The biggest reason for salt in this game is the "Us vs them" mentality and that there is some kind of "rulebook" where certain playstyles and perk combinations are a big no no because the other side will cry about it.
And some stories:
Played deathslinger with mori daily. Round went pretty bad, so I moried the first one who got off the hook. But he was a good runner and juker. So basically the game was over, the time he felt the spear from behind. Got a hook during endgame, the other 2 survivors were hook swarming. I got a 4k out of it, but I clearly deserved to lose this game, if those 2 didn't decide to run to the hook. Endgamechat was filled with a lot of salt, and my ignore list just got bigger again.
Next is a game as Huntress. The survivors were absolutely bad, so I ended the game quickly. One of them called me stupid because I didn't get much points. I was bored so I didn't have any interest in prolonging the game.
4man SWF with obvious D-Strikes gave me salt for slugging. "It's just a perk". My answer was "It's just a tactic." One of them told me, I had no friends. :(
"You only downed me because of your power." Yeah, should I play a M1-Game like you on gens?

For me personally, it comes from paying lots of money to sit in a hook for ages which is NOT WHAT I PAYED FOR. So yeah, if I get camped, I'mm going to be mad.
