My brother gets messages for camping/tunneling
Okay so to get to the point my brother will camp/tunnel certain games like if he sees more than 1 claudette and camp just them or he will choose someone and jus do it for fun, but after the game I understand like "you're trash for facecamping" or like little things like that but no my brother will get racist slurs, get threats to boot him offline and twice he got a threat saying they're going to come to his house like what? Umm... If you get mad because you got facecamped in a dbd match don't send these types of comments like honestly but just a little thing I wanted to vent.

Honestly those people are so sad.
I don't know what age your brother is but my little brother is 12 and plays dbd and obviously isn't going to be super aware of all these unofficial rules that everyone gets mad over, I think people in this community forget that even though the game is 18s, people of all ages are playing and maybe they should just get on with their lives and move on to the next match rather than waste your time trashing some random person youll never meet again because you're salty you lost this match.

Tell him to ignore the comments, easy

That is what we call 'moronic escalation'. If you want to call someone out for being a jerk, call them out in the post game (if you're on PC) and move on with your life. Getting personal because of scummy tactics is just disgusting. Especially since most people doing it play like just as much of an arsehole, and it really doesn't get better if you were playing clean because you lose your leg to stand on by going further than calling them out as a camper/tunneller and moving the ######### on.
On the plus side, when it DOES happen it is totally reportable, either to BHVR (post-game chat), Steam, Microsoft or Sony. If it's through the PC post-game chat you do have to make an in-game report, take screenshots of the entire conversation, AND open a support ticket.

Actually the Devs need to start stepping in rather than just waiting for "reports" that may or may not actually do anything. While toxic people will always exist its the Developers and community that need to work to stop it. There is a limit to what you can reasonably expect to be ignored.
