Survivor add ons need changes

The brand new part, styptic agent and anti-hemorrhagic syringe are all consumed when used. But why anymore? That used to make sense when survivors kept their add ons if they survived the match with their item in hand.. but now survivors lose their add ons by default.

Killers get to keep their ultra rare add ons if they use the black ward offering. But survivors don't get to keep these 3 add ons if they bring a white ward. Oh, and even if survivors use the white ward they still lose their add ons if they escape, which makes no sense.

Survivors get 5k bloodpoints when escaping but very rare and ultra rare add ons cost 6k and 7k. That means it is more efficient to die and keep the add ons (with the white ward) than to survive and lose them.

So two changes need to be made:

1. BNP, styptic agent and anti hemorrhagic syringe no longer need to be "consumed" when used. They should simply be only usable once per match

2. The white ward should let you keep your add ons whether you die or escape (so long as you are still carrying the item when either happens)
