Is it fun for you to go against Deathslinger?
Honestly, I'd rather play against Nurse or Spirit all day. Maybe I'm just bad. I still have to look for him because I can't hear him when he wants to shoot me. He can do it so quickly. It's so annoying. Also, it's a bit broken in some loops. He can get you so easily. I can at least hear the huntress throwing a hatchet at me so I can prepare somehow. I also have the experience that people kill themselves on the hook against him. I have almost 3k hours in the game, but I somehow can't acclimatize to this killer.

I really love The Deathslinger, and facing a good one is difficult.
Only reason I don't hate him is that his only advantage is during chases, and even then it's not always perfect and relies on the user to be a good shot.

I think this was the best chapter so far. (for me)
When he came out i really loved it to play against him and with him. I even got him to P3 some days after release. It may be boring to face him 5 times in a row but all in all i really enjoy it playing against him.

It's kind of like nurse. You gotta use line of sight blockers and feint movements.

He has a lot of weaknesses, so I don't have a problem with him. He's new and some people have trouble adapting.

I like the deathslinger, he makes chases interesting, although I would give him a louder TR if not a bigger one. His TR starting with borderline silence is weird.

Yes, he's pretty easy to work around. A bit sneaky sure but that harpoon is garbage on most loops. He can land the first injury but after that he's pretty weak.

Playing against deathslinger is unfun... his terrorradius is not only small, you hardly hear this „melody“. It seems that deathslinger is the easiest killer to play, every egoshooter can handle him simple: two shots, proxycamping, noed. You don’t need much skill or mindgame. Some player say you have early to drop palettes, but after the last patch there are so many deadzones and all palettes are wasted during the first gen.., now ez game for deathslinger

I enjoy playing against Deathslingers, even when they shoot the air next to me and my character gets hit anyway! Much more fun to play against than Huntress, in my opinion.... not because he's less powerful, but because he doesn't have that dumb lullaby and I like that he can actually sneak up on people. 😏

I really like him tbh, he's a LOT of fun to face on The Game (Cause he's easily loopable due to most pallets being safe and having long walls) but he is also just fun to face in general, it's nice versing a killer than can control stuff.

I find him to be a joke with no pressure as a survivor he is easy to loop and out run. I can dodge his harpoon gun all day and even if it does connect it is easy to break and then loop him till all gens are done. The dude is a joke.

Yea fun? Clown is extremly unfun to go against but no ones asking for nerfs. Deathslinger isnt op and no one thinks he is except rank 20s. I absolutely hate going against trapper and deathslinger but there not op and i dont want them nerfed

His chase is just so oppressive, it's really hard to loop the guy and a chase against him can last 5-10 seconds depending on how good he is. I'm not complaining about him, but that's just my main opinion oh him. If he did get i guess a " nerf " I would like if his terror radius was a bit bigger, because if you're one of the 95% of Deathslingers that run Monitor, you literally have to kiss the guy to even here his terror radius 😅

I like him, chases are unique and one of his counters is body blocking. Just a good example of what the average dbd killer should be, change up the game and have an easy to understand counter that is difficult to pull off.

I faced 5 deathslingers in a row, had a 2 killer break, then another 3 deathslingers and yes all different names I had to check.
They all tunneled, face camped and beat the person hung. Like seriously? This was 2 days after the one that kept tunnel me and beat me while I was on the hook.
I'm to the point where as soon as I hear that gun go off I just keep to the far side of the map and practice avoiding cause it's not fun for me to be on a hook getting a beating. Yet I will stay on the hook so the other players don't have to waste their game time.
I have no problem with getting chased. With getting hooked. Heck even a lil camping or patrol not a problem, just not hardcore camping and a wack or 2 not a problem either. It's the constant hitting and shooting while I or another is on the hook. I swear it's the killer version of teabagging.

In a recent thread about freddy you acted as if survivors wanted freddy nerfed to be weak like bubba.
And then now claming survivors just want killers who can get looped easily in a thread just discussing deathslingers fun
And your not "spitting facts" since everyone has a diffrent opinion on fun. I know alot of survivors who enjoy going aginst deathslinger or freddy or nurse since they mess with the usual looping.

He's a bit like nurse, you gotta be in his head and predict when and where will he shoot before he does. Otherwise you'll very likely get hit. Still there are tons of loops that counter him if you drop the pallet. In no way is he OP or nerf worthy, annoying to face maybe but you can say that about any killer.
I like facing him personally, not as much as I love facing a good nurse but he reminds me of her so I enjoy to play against him even when I still haven't adapted to playing against his redeemer.

Billy and and Demo are the most fun killers imo. Clown and Legion are pretty boring. Besides, everyone has different opinions.

Not really. His Terror radius seems bugged at the moment, by the time you hear it he’s on you. Also the fact that he can quickscope you gives you no time to react, unlike Huntress where there is a windup time and an audio cue.

I don't mind him. If I can get in a good loop I can find juking him fun, plus it looks pretty cool to get reeled in. Lately I've been playing him a lot so rather than being a fun killer to go against it just might be me enjoying being on the other side.

Got sniped a minute into the match and hook-farmed by teammates lol.
But honestly, given the chance to run, Yeehaw is pretty fun to go against as he keeps tensions high. I can only take a sigh of relief when I stop hearing his Terror Radius.
Whenever I'm going against him or rabbitface, it's line of sight breaking and dodging practice.

I personally think he’s a very fun a unique killer to go against.
I do however think something needs to be done about his terror radius. I’m not sure if it blends to well with ambient sound of the game or if it’s just to quite in general, but more than a few times now have I died because I had no idea he was even in my general vicinity! makes for great jump scares though haha!

Deathslinger is pretty fun to play against, of course bad loops and bad luck can make it unfun. The pressure gives me scare I want. When I do play as Deathslinger I always have fun and so do the survivors, though I make it a point to have fun and not play hard, giving hatches, protecting bby dweets

No, I play seriously until he catches me, but on the first hook I go to the lobby.
