PC Servers down in NZ or is it just me again?

There are no servers in this game other than those for matchmaking and managing the savegame.
Everything else is P2P. Likely just means that your region is underpopulated.

I know, I mean when opening the game it comes up with a connection issue, so savegame servers.

When the DBD servers are down, you cant connect to them and you wont be able to even open the game
