Rank Reset Limit?

I'm feeling a little burnt out so I might take a break for awhile. Before the last reset I was rank 4 for Survivor and rank 8 for Killer.
How far will my rank fall if I stop playing?
I might still log in once a week to check the shrine for perks I don't have yet.

You will go back one rank color each reset.

With how bad the current reset works, you'd have to drop the game entirely for 3 months for your rank to actually drop any significant amount
