«Hemorrhage» status effect from «Blood Echo» works not as intended

The description of this perks says that hemorrhage status effect lasts until healed...
...but actually it isn't like it said (the effect's countdown timer is starting)...
I don't know if it's a bug or intended, but the description is misleading!
