Stuck on carry Bug

I had a game with huntress where I interrupted a hook save and picked up a claudette, but she got stuck on me, and couldn't wiggle, and in turn I couldn't put her down or hook her, the only thing I did after interrupting her was to set her down between two trees, here's the endgame result
