Our EAC is always being updated, sadly people do use cheats and they find new ways to do things. This happens in pretty much all games, and people get banned, the cheats get patched out - same as what happens with DBD.
Please though, do not post links to cheats on our forums again - this is firmly against our forum rules of advertising cheats on our forum.
How terribly devs handle cheats and hacks in dbd

If you've been around for a while you noticed how there was a flow of cheaters and hacks in game and videos about them, like monto's ones where he got ddosed on stream and caught hackers that couldn't get hit, grabbed etc.But why do they even exist? Bhvr has a game that has thousands of players and their game doesn't have a proper anti cheat? If you would type dbd hacks in youtube you would find hundreds of videos showing them and some that demonstrate them and have a link to download them to use in game.None of those videos were taken down and still stay at the platform and hacks could be downloaded and used in game.
Much worse is that these cheaters have a discord server with all these hacks to download and use them and have a lot of members in them.
How is this possible? How devs keep these major flaws in their system to have stuff like that happen in game?
He didn't invite them, they got in his lobby wihout ohmwrecker doing anything, they had a clown that has a 1m+ level and were spamming the hell out of his in game chat
Im beyond pissed by this and i hope devs will do something to keep cheaters from the game.

Then why do I still streamers with a stretched screen? It clearly gives them an advantage, as has been proven by other streamers.

How would EAC detect someone not using a native res? Give an explanation please, all you need to do is make a custom res,and boot the game up with it. And besides, stretched gives advantage but it defo isn't cheating.

I wouldn't bother clearly guy does not understand there's no system in the world that could detect it.

Because that's technically not a cheat. It's more an issue how the game handles different screen ratios, which people exploit. I wouldn't be surprised, if it get's adressed in a future patch.

Good to hear you are actively banning cheaters. THere is ZERO point in playing a video game if someone has to cheat. Because then the game plays itself and a player only cheats themselves out of a video game title they paid for.

It used to be a lot worse. The devs buckled down and put together a crew that actually looks into reported players. Once upon a time, it was largely all autodetect. Then they started at the least, scraping anyone who was reported for cheating's save file, which usually very quickly turns them up as a cheater. There were a couple massive ban waves for that. They also closed down at least one loophole that was letting people essentially validate a cheated profile. A lot of the ones who use an in game chest will also have hacked their bps and items, and that's a lot harder to hide.
We had a nice, long, break for a while where eac managed to detect the bypass and ban anyone using it, which knocked out all the public cheats for quite a while, though not necessarily the more private ones.
It's not a bad idea to keep an eyeball on the cheat sites so you know what's floating around these days. The one with people teleporting around isn't even a true hack, as in, doesn't require injecting anything, which makes it a lot harder to nail down, I'm sure. But, if you ever have anyone disappear right in front of you, turn around and look back along the path the chase took, or head back to the last gen/locker you saw them touch.

It's bad lately, but the best practice is to let cheaters cheat for a while and then ban in one massive wave. If you ban here and there, you tip them off and the cheats adapt, so you in essence end up chasing your tail more than you would if you let it go for a little bit before banning huge numbers. I wouldn't be shocked if we see a lot of familiar and surprising faces get a ban hammer soon.
