PS4 - Survivors Get Iron Will When Not Equipped

So I noticed this once when I was a survivor that I couldn't hear myself crying even though I didn't have iron will. I just thought it was on my end.
Just played killer (Wraith) and Steve was as silent as can be after being injured which helped me lose him in the corn multiple times. Come end game, no one had Iron Will equipped. If you're out here giving survivors a fifth perk slot give one to killers.
