Cleansing against Plague does not heal cleanser

Description of the issue: I cleansed against the Plague, but only had my infection and broken status removed. I was still injured. Map was The Game.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): cleanse against a Plague, see what happens.
How often does this occur: I believe it may have happened to me twice in a row, same Plague player.
