PC - Dead Hard into Adrenaline nullifies exhaustion

Pulled this off accidentally in an online match. If you use Dead Hard at the same time Adrenaline activates, for some reason you get no exhaustion (Don't know how big of a time window that is). There was no animation for Dead Hard, and Adrenaline definitely worked, as I healed the health state and got the speed boost, but didn't have any exhaustion as I could jump into a locker and Head On the killer I was playing against. I feel like this could easily be exploited by SWFs who can communicate exactly when they complete the last generator.
